Your account

• You need an account to book event places. Use your real name and an email address you can reach.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You can close your account at any time by writing to us.
• We may close an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

Supporting MTW

• A contribution is voluntary support for our work, not payment for goods or a service.
• A one-off contribution is charged once, on the day you give.
• Monthly support is charged every month on the same date until you stop it. You can stop it at any time from your account page or by writing to us.
• The amount and currency are shown before you pay. Stripe emails you a receipt for every payment.

Event tickets

• Prices are shown with their currency and include any taxes.
• A paid place is held for you while you pay. It is confirmed when the payment goes through, and we email you a confirmation with a calendar file.
• Each place is for one person. If you cannot come, you can give your place to someone else by telling us their name before the event.
• We may have to change the programme, the speakers or the venue. If an event is moved or cancelled, our Refund and cancellation policy explains what happens.
• Please treat other guests, speakers and our team with respect. We may refuse entry to anyone who does not, without a refund.

Paying

All payments are handled by Stripe on its secure payment page. We never see or store your card details. You pay in the currency shown on the page.

Content on this site

The stories, photos, videos and design on this site belong to Multi Talent World or to the people who created them. You may share links to our pages and quote short parts with a link back. Please ask us before using anything else.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep the site correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. If we cannot solve a disagreement together, you can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) at arn.se, or to a Swedish court.
